Returns are not particularly fun for anyone involved. We try and make the returns process as straight forward as possible.

Faulty Products

We apologise if you have received a product that is faulty, or if you have received the wrong product. You are welcome to an exchange or refund. Please contact us here or on 0800 895 186. Make sure you have your order details handy.

To qualify for a credit, returned goods must include all original components and all original packaging.

How to Return a Product

Products can be returned to any of our stores. You will need your tax invoice (receipt) available as information on this is needed as proof of purchase. Otherwise you will need to cover the costs of shipping the faulty goods back to our premises, where the goods are faulty we will cover the cost of shipping the replacements back to you.

Please do make sure that all items are shipped with sufficient packaging to protect against damage. We also advise people to use a trackable courier service, if your return turns up damaged from transit or goes missing then we won't be able to do a standard replacement.

It does take us time to test and process returns, due to this returned goods which are tested and found to be in working order will incur either a service and return shipping fee, or a minimum 15% restocking fee. Goods received for return without all original components and packaging will incur a higher restocking fee dependant on missing items. Replacement goods for returned goods without all original components and packaging will be sent out without all original components and accessories.
